North Catasauqua, Pennsylvania is probably one of the smallest communities in the Lehigh Valley. The total area is just under 1 square mile. North Catty, as it is also called, is located in Northampton County. Its the sister community to Catasauqua and Northampton Borough. It also Borders Whitehall township to the west, and Allen Township to the east.
North Catty and Catty are served by Catasauqua Area School District and they have a friendly rivalry with Northampton School District. Every year on Thanksgiving the high school football teams battle it out.
North Catasauqua is a great place to find starter homes, as most of the homes range from 75,000-150,000 in price. You can usually always find nice row homes, twins, and even singles. If your a first time buyer, or just a savvy home buyer on a budget and don't want to be in the city, North Catasauqua Borough may be the place for you.
