Zillow recently listed their Top 10 Most Popular housing markets. Using housing measures that represent consumer demand, such as pageview traffic, home value growth, and the speed at which properties sell, Allentown PA came in at number six on the list!
According to Zillow, it examined cities with a minimum of 100,000 residents.
Overall, Zillow reported that for the second year in a row, the Northeast topped its list of the most popular markets. The Manchester, New Hampshire market was the most popular in 2024.

According to the report, Elizabethtown PA was "Zillow’s most popular little town of 2024." A town was considered small if it had 20,000 or fewer residents. Elizabethtown only has 12,000 in population.
