Some real estate journeys stand out, and Edgar’s is one of them. He came in with his mother, hoping to find her a comfortable place to retire—somewhere she could finally have a space that felt truly hers.
They first visited at our office regarding another property, where I met them along with my colleague, Matthew Kessler. As we talked and learned more about their situation, I helped them get prequalified through our local lender, Axen Mortgage, and we began searching for the right home.
We toured a handful of places and thought we found the perfect match in Allentown, but we were outbid. Even with that setback, we didn’t lose momentum. We kept going, and soon enough, the next house we found felt like the right one. We put in an offer, and it was accepted!!!!

Like any real estate deal, there were a few bumps along the way. But with the help of our lenders at Axen Mortgage—Ryan Lenner, Jonathan Ciervo, and Katey Lenner—we were able to work through everything and get to the closing table. It ran a bit past the original schedule, but we got it done successfully!
