Lehigh Valley Real Estate is making history! It's continuing to shatter previous records for pricing, with three properties in Lehigh County and one in Northampton County selling for more than $1 million each.
During the most recent week of deed transactions that were accessible, which was July 8–14, the sales of the four area residences that exceeded the $1 million threshold were documented.

In Lower Macungie Township, a condo at 2600 Houghton Lean sold for $1,050,000.
In Upper Macungie Township, a home at 270 Richard Drive sold for $1,061,00.
In Allentown, a home at 773 Benner Road went for $1,100,000.
In Upper Nazareth Township, a home at 3369 Rising Sun Court went for $1,250,000.
According to a new report from the Greater Lehigh Valley Realtors, median house selling prices in Northampton and Lehigh counties peaked in June at $361,100, a 7.8% rise over June 2023, when prices surged to $335,000, the highest they have ever been in the region's history (matched in April 2024).
