One hundred and twenty high-end rental homes at Woodmont Valley will be part of the development at 3370 Route 100 by Woodmont Properties, which also includes fourteen thousand square feet of retail space on the ground floor. Located in what developers are calling one of the most rapidly expanding residential regions in the Lehigh Valley, the retail component titled The Shoppes at Valley Square will have significant frontage along Route 100 at Willow Lane. With the help of VP Seth Lacey and Senior VP Derek Zerfass, Colliers is spearheading the retail space leasing campaign. The Pennsylvania Turnpike, Route 222, and Interstate 78 are all easily accessible from this area.
