The real estate market in Parkland school District remains strong in 2025, with total homes sold in increasing over 11%, in the first six months of 2025, versus the same period in 2024.
According to statistics from the Greater Lehigh valley Association of Realtors, total number of homes sold from January 1 to June 30, 2024 was 383. For the same period in 2025 total number of home sold was 428.
The median sales price for the first 6 months of 2024 was $444,953. In 2025 that price jumped over 12% to a median sales price of $499,854
These are record-breaking numbers! Great news for Home sellers, not so great news for homebuyers. This is a clear indication that we are still very much in a seller market.
The average size home sold in the first six months of 2025 was 2135 ft.² the average cost per square feet was $237 and the average days on market was 32 days. Home prices ranged from a low of approximately $150,000 to a high of $1,704,000
Homes sold in Parkland school district include Upper Macungie, North Whitehall Township, South Whitehall Township. It’s important to note. Most homes are still selling at or above list price with a typical price of sold ratio being at approximately 102% of sales price.
