A well-known Lehigh Valley brewery is in the process of purchasing a Carbon County BBQ joint.
A post on the Seven Sirens Brewing Company's Facebook page states that the owner is starting the process of purchasing the Riverwalck Saloon in Parryville. According to the post, a contract binds the owner of the brewery. A property is said to be under contract when a seller accepts an offer, but the deal is not official until all conditions are satisfied.
The resort will undergo renovations and have its food menu completely redesigned, according to the company's ambitious ambitions. The Facebook post states that the Riverwalck Saloon employees would continue to work there both during and after the changeover.
According to the brewery, The Pizza Joint Allentown's proprietors will be working together. The brewery wrote on Facebook, "To the residents and regular patrons of The Riverwalck, we strive to make you proud and appreciate any/all comments during this process."
