Lehigh Valley Just Listed Real Estate Mentor Program

What Our Program Offers:

Our mentorship program for new agents typically lasts up to 6 months. If selected you will recieve free in office training, free leads, professional guidance from a full time experianced agent, 24/7 support, free software and systems to build and manage your client database, access to all state required forms, and as long as you are in our program, you will be paid a small weekly base pay, plus commission on all completed transactions

We will walk you through the complete process of building a scuccesful real estate business, as a member of our team, or as an independent agent. Sales, marketing, organization, eveything you need to know!

To apply:

Basic requirments are that you must be fully licensed(or soon to be) with a PA Real Estate License. You must be willing and able to join the association of Realtors. At this time we are only seeking full time, in-office candidates. You must be able to dedicate yourself fully to real estate. This is the only way you can be successful!

Qualifications include:

First and foremost, we are looking for candidates, who are highly motivated, energetic, must have a positive outlook and a type A personality! Real estate sales is a people business so you must love meeting and talking to new people on a regular basis! Be ready, willing and able to learn new systems, communicate effectively, consistently, and professionaly. Be computer proficient with a basic undertanding of systems iike email, file saving, word, google docs etc.
